| HEALTH MINISTRY
Whole health and healing are the cornerstones of Faith Community Nursing at St. Michael's through availability, presence, listening and prayer. Participation in the Pastoral Care Team by way of visits to the homebound and those in nursing facilities/hospitals and by way of Eucharistic ministry present opportunities for the Faith Community Nurse to listen to concerns and needs for support--body, mind and spirit. The intentional ministry of Prayer Shawls has been active since February 2004 and is listed on the website: www.shawlministry.com.
