Worship at St. Michael's is centered around the Eucharist (usually Rite II) which is celebrated at 8 AM and 10 AM on Sundays with coffee hour following the 10 AM service. There is also a mid-week Eucharist at 7 AM on Wednesdays.
There is a regular rotation of lay people who serve on the altar, read lessons, administer the chalice, greet, and usher. Children occasionally participate in the reading of the lessons. Children meet for Koinonia School at 9:15am and then attend church with their parents at 10am. In addition to the regular services, St. Michael’s celebrates the church seasons and holy days with:
· Maundy Thursday Eucharist and stripping of the altar · Good Friday Service · Special choral music with an instrumental ensemble on Christmas and Easter · A live Nativity or Christmas pageant during the family service on Christmas Eve · A tea and other events on St. Michael and All Angels day.
